University of Pittsburgh- Greek Week
Greek Week is a programming body run by fraternity and sorority leaders dedicated to philanthropy and fundraising in and around the Pittsburgh community. In April 2014, the Greek Community and the University of Pittsburgh student body completed and surpassed its $300,000 commitment to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Western PA Chapter ahead of schedule, raising $357,486 in just two years.
Starting in June 2014, Greek Week renewed its commitment to serving the Pittsburgh community by beginning a fundraising campaign for the Children’s Miracle Network program of the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation. Through exciting events and programs, the fraternity and sorority community will raise awareness and funds for Children’s Miracle Network, with a final goal of raising $300,000.
