At Hughie’s Audio-Visual, our inventory is constantly being refreshed with the latest technology available for our customers, so if you need something that you don't see listed, please give us a call. We specialize in the rental of data projection equipment, video equipment, audio-visual products, plus lighting, rigging and staging and computer products. We offer delivery and set-up at your meeting location. Plus, we have a 24-hour phone number for assistance after normal business hours, exclusively for our rental customers.
Our services include: Audio-visual equipment and supplies, corporate and broadcast video components and systems, video walls, lighting components, staging and rigging hardware and a complete line of special effects plus, consultation and repair services, duplication for both audio and video cassettes and DVD's, and of course, rental services.
RENTAL POLICY, SET-UP/SERVICE
Hughie’s takes pride in having skilled personnel available for set-up and operational needs at a rate of $40 per hour from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday. The rate is $60 per hour for work performed before or after hours. Sundays and Holidays are billed at a rate of $60 per hour. Equipment problems must be reported immediately in order to be considered for adjustment.
RENTAL RATES
All rental rates are “per day” unless otherwise noted. Weekly rates are three times the daily rate. Special rates are available on extended rental periods. Weekend rental rates are one and one half the daily rates. Out of town rentals are allowed one day travel on two day rentals. All transportation costs are paid by the customer.
Late and incomplete returns are subject to additional charges. Cancellations of less than 24 hours prior to the rental period are subject to a restocking charge of 50% of the full rental rate and/or delivery charge.
AUDIO TAPE RECORDING & DUPLICATION
On location recording of seminars, conferences or meetings using high-speed duplication equipment
VIDEO TAPE SERVICES & DUPLICATION
Image magnification and/or recording of your event. Multi-standard transfer (PAL, M-PAL, SECAM) using today's popular formats of multi-unit duplication equipment.
CD-ROM / DVD-ROM RECORDING & DUPLICATION
CD-ROM recording of meetings and/or special events plus video to DVD-ROM conversion and transfer. Offering professional, high quality duplication of CD and DVD-ROM discs at an affordable rate in quantities of 1 to 1000.
TRANSPORTATION
Delivery and pickup to your area is available. Expediting charges are dependent upon equipment and location. Costs can be explained at the time of the reservation.
MISCELLANEOUS
Where lamps are required, spares are provided. Customers must return all lamps or their replacement cost will be added to the rental invoice. Rental prices and products are subject to change without notice.
